Careers Wales was launched in April 2001; bringing the seven Welsh careers companies under a national brand name and forming the first all age careers guidance service in the UK. The Careers Wales companies formed Careers Wales Association (“CWA”) to operate as a separate ‘central unit’ to provide national support in the form of developing strategic alliances with key partners and stakeholders, development of national standards and policies and promoting the brand name and services of Careers Wales. Its primary function is to develop, maintain and update careerswales.com. CWA is seeking to establish a framework agreement consisting of one service provider for each of the following areas / lots:1.Multimedia Content2.Content Management System Development3.School and College Professionals Administration Area4.Career Planning and Guidance5.Social Media6.Mobile Platform Development7.Management Information SystemSuccessful organisations will be working with or assisting others to provide a holistic service provision.Further information relating to each area is set out under the relevant lot description in this OJEU notice and also in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
