Descriptions
The House of Lords and the House of Commons (collectively The Houses) both have a requirement for the delivery of a single new SPECTRUM compliant (or equivalent) IT solution for managing Parliaments collections of artwork, historic furniture, decorative art and architectural salvage.Currently 4 systems provide limited ICT capability to manage parliamentary collections. The current collections management functionality provided by these systems will be replaced and improved upon by the new IT system, however, there is a requirement for the new system to interface with a 3rd party IT system and other IT systems within Parliament.Please see tender document set for further details.
