Descriptions
The tender is for a company to develop a large language model of existing consultation responses and to use that model to create a summary report of the data that can be compared against the outputs of the original analysis of the consultation that was carried out by hand. The output can be either a written report, visualisation or other method of dissemination considered appropriate. This is an early-stage pilot project to establish whether the use of AI can reduce the time taken to analyse consultation responses, reduce the cost of consultations and draw additional insights from the data collected.
