Torfaen County Borough Council are looking to establish a Framework of training providers in order to support the delivery of two European Social Fund (ESF) grant funded Operations (projects) “Bridges into Work 2” and “Working Skills for Adults 2”.Bridges into Work 2 (BiW 2) aims to support economically inactive individuals to improve their ability to gain and maintain employment. This support is provided through a combination of employability courses, vocational training and employment experience.
