Perth and Kinross Council (‘PKC’) are seeking supply of support and maintenance services for the purchaser's existing Mitel telecommunications system. The Council are seeking to enter a support agreement for a period of 2 years from 1.4.2015, with the ability to extend for a further 1 or 2 years at their sole discretion.
