The Framework which will be established is for delivery of Planned Investment works . The Planned Investment Works Framework will deliver planned investment works to ML stock which consist of Houses, Bungalows, Flats and Extra Care Living Scheme. Engagement process description

We are looking to procure a Framework for Planned Investment Works and will be holding a Meet the Buyer event on Tuesday 24th June 2025, at Magenta Livings Head Office. The afternoon session is no fully booked and therefore an additional morning session has now been added.

Magenta Living use the Proactis Housing Procurement Portal for publishing procurement opportunities. If you are not already registered, you can register, free of charge, on the portal via https://procontract.due-north.com/Register.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate one representative for each organisation. Written confirmation of your attendance detailing the name and roles of attendee is required either via the messaging facility of the portal via the Project Information Ref - DN773720 or via email to procurement@magentaliving.org.uk as soon as possible but no later than Tuesday 10th June 2025, 1pm. Request to attend after this date may not be accommodated. Failure to register your attendance will result in your entry being denied.|

Please note once full capacity is met for the morning session, you can still register your interest to receive an update from the event. This will include a copy of the presentation delivered and question and answer from the event.
