Milton Keynes Council wishes to set up a framework agreement for the provision of planned maintenance and improvement works to buildings within the Borough of Milton Keynes. It is envisaged that various works will be covered as defined in the Lots below:Lot 1 — General building projects for works orders less than 25 000 GBP.Lot 2 — General building projects for works orders between 25 000 GBP and 250 000 GBP.Lot 3 — Disability bathroom installation and related work.Lot 4 — Stair lift installation and related work.Lot 5 — External redecorations.Lot 6 — Installation and maintenance of hard wired smoke detectors.Lot 7 — Laundry machine servicing and repairs (with possibility of replacement).Lot 8 — Entry communications systems repair and maintenance work (with possibility of replacement).
