The University has a requirement for a contractor to provide a planned maintenance / inspection service to an extensive range of Mechanical, Gas, Air and Refrigerated equipment. Categories of equipment the successful contractor will have to maintain includes but are not limited to: -Air Compressors -Air Conditioning and Chillers -Gas Fired Boilers - Commercial and Domestic -Gas Cookers/Hobs - Domestic -Gas Boosters -Gas Detection Sensors -Humidifiers/Dehumidifiers -Local Exhaust Ventilation systems (incl. fume cupboards) -Steam Boiler -Controlled environment rooms -Cold Water Booster Pumps -LTHW/CHW Pressurisation sets and expansion vessels
