Planning and Logistics Review

We wish to commission a consultant to provide a review of the two teams within our Planning and Logistic function; specifically, the Planning Team and the Supply Chain Team. The key aims of the new contract will be, for each team, to: •Review each team's structure, processes, and technology. •Provide a constructive evaluation of the current approach measured against other potential approaches, articulating the benefits of options proposed. •Provide high-level budgetary values and programme plan for proposed options. •Include an indicative resource forecast for CHP resources to support any proposed programme, business and technical improvements. The key deliverables, whether jointly and/or separately for each team, are; •A comprehensive report detailing the findings of the review, including an executive summary and recommendations. •High-level budgetary values and programme plan for proposed options. •Indicative resource forecast for CHP business and technical resources to support any proposed system, process and/or structure changes. •A presentation of findings to the Executive Team - can be virtual via Microsoft Teams.
