Planning professional consultancy services to support decisions made by the Welsh Ministers

The Welsh Ministers are required to determine planning, energy and other infrastructure consents under a variety of legislative regimes both on and offshore. In order to inform effective and robust decision making, it is necessary to secure the advice of professionals on the environmental and other impacts to aid in determining these applications for consent on an individual basis. This largely includes, but not exclusive of:•Ecology and nature conservation;•Landscape and seascape;•Transport;•Flood risk and hydrology;•Radar and aviation;•Human health;•Noise and subsea noise;•Navigation;•Historic environment;•And other technical aspects of land use and both on and offshore development.Expressions of interest are sought from consultants who would be interested in registering for a procurement framework for the delivery of such on and offshore planning and related technical services to inform future decisions on individual applications.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=117865.
