Descriptions
The Welsh Ministers are required to determine planning, energy and other infrastructure consents under a variety of legislative regimes both on and offshore. In order to inform effective and robust decision making, it is necessary to secure the advice of professionals on the environmental and other impacts to aid in determining these applications for consent on an individual basis.
