The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) is seeking to appoint a Contractor or Contractors to undertake Planned Maintenance and Environmental improvement works at Plas Tudur, Llangefni & Queens Park, Holyhead.The requirement is to carry out roofing works, cleaning and repairing the render system, replacement windows and doors where necessary and external works to include paths, fencing and boundary walls as well as the extensive civil work aspects all as detailed in the tender documents.Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by the 07/07/2017, 12:00pm.Questions and requests for clarifications should be made via the sell2wales Q&A Function by 10:00 on the 05/07/2017.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=45298.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
