The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint two Economic Operators (Contractors) for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Measured Term Contract Works and Services across the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) Estate utilising an NEC3 Term Service Contract.The Project will be divided into 2 Lots. A map delineating the split in the Areas is specified in the Pre-Qualification documentation. The number of potential properties at which works and services may be required in each Lot area is approximately 80. The main contents of the service will include Mechanical and Electrical Services and Minor Works. A full list of active properties will be provided at tender stage.The service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and holiday periods). The Contract will require working in a high security environment.
