The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint 2 Economic Operators (Contractors) for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) Estate utilising an NEC3 Term Service Contract.The Reactive Maintenance service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and holiday periods).The Contract will require working in a high security environment.
