Portfolio Management Services. The Authority wishes to appoint a Portfolio Management Agent to support its requirement for the provision of goods, works and services to a wide range of public sector organisations and bodies. The successful agents will act on behalf of the Authority in all dealings with such bodies as though it were the Authority. This will include the undertaking of OJEU compliant procurement activities (where appropriate) to secure supply agreements with a range of companies, the management of secured supply chains, the potential provision of a stock holding facility, the marketing of available goods and/or services to the wider public sector, the selling of and delivery of the goods and/or services to the customer including taking responsibility for payments and receipts. Applicants should note that the Authority uses "Kent Business Portal" to advertise all of its opportunities. Once registered, applicants will be able to download the "Tender Pack" comprising the PSQ and ITT.
