Conwy County Borough Council (the ‘Authority’) wishes to obtain expressions of interest for Business Proposals from suitable Organisations / Companies (the ‘Applicant(s)’) to occupy one of the three commercial tenancy opportunities at Porth Eirias, the landmark new development on the promenade of Colwyn Bay, Conwy, North Wales.The construction of the Porth Eirias Watersports Centre on Colwyn Bay promenade was completed in 2013 as part of the Colwyn Bay Waterfront Project to bring together coastal protection and seafront regeneration.Porth Eirias is situated on the promenade, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 8HH, and spans from the promenade walkway and across the beach. It is less than half a mile from the exit and entrance junction of the A55 Chester to Holyhead trunk road (Junction 22).Porth Eirias currently offers conference, meeting and training rooms, public facilities and outdoor events facilities. It also has an adjacent boat launch slipway, play equipment, changing rooms and water sports centre.
