Portsmouth City Council ‘the Authority’ has recently completed an extensive review of the in house and private and voluntary sector day services commissioned for people with a learning disability.The Authority now wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide Day Services in Portsmouth.The Service will be split into 3 Lots and suppliers are permitted to submit bids against 1 or more Lots.Lot 1 — Health and Independence Services;Lot 2 — Employment/Work Services;Lot 3 — Community Connection Services.The Authority anticipates awarding Lot 1 to up to 4 organisations.
