The University appoints an External Reviewer to undertake a Post Implementation Review of the programme such that observations, recommendations, insights and lessons for future organisational change, system procurement and implementation can be identified. How the University’s approach to and outcomes from the implementation compare to other similar implementation programmes within and outwith the sector Key approaches / decisions which could or should have been done / taken differently Key areas or aspects where the implementation could or should have been done differently or more effectively.
