The Welsh Government wishes to commission an experienced contractor to undertake a post-implementation evaluation of Part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. Part 2 introduces new legislation on homelessness. The contract, which will cover both process and impact evaluation, is being commissioned following the introduction of the new legislation (27 April 2015).The aim of the evaluation is to understand the impact the legislation has had on those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, as well as those involved in supporting those at risk, such as local authorities, housing associations and third sector organisationsNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
