The forthcoming contract is to provide NHS Wales with a range of poultry products as follows:--------------------------------------------------------------------RAW: chilled & raw frozen poultry (chicken & turkey). These must be 'Red Tractor' products. This is a mandatory criteria.--------------------------------------------------------------------COOKED:chilled & frozen poultry (chicken & turkey.
