Removal of 2no. existing prefab buildings and associated ramps/steps to facilitate construction of the new extension Construction of a single-storey extension to the south of existing school to comprise 3no. mainstream classrooms with ancillary facilities, 3no. resource rooms, assisted user WC, storage area, plant room and entrance canopy. Alterations to existing school to accommodate new extension & construction of new entrance lobby Drainage upgrade works including decommissioning of existing septic tank and replacement with pumping station to new wastewater treatment system & percolation area at the rear of the school to be carried out over the summer period when school is vacant. All associated site services and site development works. Third prefab & associated steps to be removed from the site once extension has been built Storm water soakaway to be installed beneath former prefab, car parking area to be amended, lined and made good as per drawings.
