The Provision & Installation of Audio Visual & Conference Call equipment for the following locations: - Matlock Ground Floor Board Room - Mander House Fourth Floor - Old Meeting Room 3 - Mander House Cheif Executive Office - Mander House Meeting Room 1 - Mander House Meeting Room 2 - Mander House Meeting Room 3 - Mander House Board Room The above room locations have been or are currently being subject to refurbishment works. Following these refurbishment works there is a requirement of Audio Visual equipment as per the equipment list attached within the specification section of the Tender. The anticipated installation for the AV equipment is to be completed by 17th November 2017. However, if refurbishment works are delayed, this will then cause a knock on delay to the ordering and installation of the required Audio Visual equipment for the specific room(s) in question. Due to the reactive nature of the Audio Visual equipment, it is important on this particular Tender that delivery & installation of all equipment required cn be achieved in 4 days or less. Also, due to the nature of the works being Pension Funds and the critical nature of reviewing stock market & investment funds, priority system failures need to be attended to on the same day of occurance.
