Minor demolition to non - loading bearing walls. Mechanical and electrical services. New kitchen facilities including ventilation, operated roller shutter door. Drainage works. Landscaping and making good. Repairs to the existing playground surfaces. There is the possibility of additional works which may include internal alteration, which may be funded by the school.
