Wolverhampton City Council tendered a 3 year, with an option to extend a further year, term contracts. There were 2 lots to this tender:Lot 1 was to deliver a responsive supply and fit fencing and guardrails repairs service, the appointed contractor will also be required to respond to emergency call-outs.Lot 2 was for Supply of Labour and Plant to undertake civil engineering activities including but not limited to highways maintenance works, erection and maintenance of street furniture, winter service activities and maintenance of off-highway paved areas.The requirements was for a small works team (consisting of two site operatives), and a large works team (consisting of three operatives).
