The Council invited suppliers to apply to become an admitted participant for the provision of passenger transport services for the Council.This will be a framework agreement using a dynamic purchasing system.This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) will operate for an initial period of 5 years with yearly break clauses. The DPS will last for no longer than 10 years in total.The DPS will have 9 lots in total. Lot details are provided in the tender documents.
