Wolverhampton Homes provides Grounds Maintenance and Arboricultural Services upon Housing land under a Management Agreement with the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC). The delivery of these works through a single contract forms part of Wolverhampton Homes wider initiatives through which it seeks to provide efficient, cost effective services that are seamless, coordinated and meet the specific needs of Wolverhampton Homes tenants and leaseholders. The Service, as defined in the contract conditions, includes the grounds maintenance of land, open spaces and housing estates within the management of Wolverhampton Homes, and includes arboricultural works to trees on land managed by Wolverhampton Homes.
