The tool should support practitioners in tracking the progress and status of their Change Initiatives, facilitating governance, including escalations, while allowing them to update once for reporting in multiple formats. The tool should provide centralised dashboards and reporting tools that enhance real-time insights into project statuses and the balancing of priority vs capacity. Insofar as possible, we are looking to automate reporting, document creation, and status updates. The aim is to reduce inefficiencies and inconsistencies due to manual processes. Another critical capability is the management of dependencies between work pieces and organisational constraints. The tool must be compatible with existing Microsoft tooling in PHSO.
