This Contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Councils wholly owned Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO).The Contract is designed to deliver:— asbestos management surveys to residential dwellings (tenanted and void) and non-domestic areas of communal blocks, garages, offices, laundries, community centres, etc.,— asbestos re-inspection surveys to non-domestic areas within buildings and whole premises,— bulk sample analysis (both programmed and responsive in the event of an emergency),— asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys and targeted hybrid surveys,— reassurance air monitoring,— 4 stages clearance air-monitoring and additional analytical support (i.e. background, leak, personal checks),— management of asbestos data,— 24/7 responses for surveying, sampling, air monitoring and professional guidance,— support and advice when required to ensure WH remain compliant with their duties under the current legislation and guidance.
