PQ0389 - Provision of Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership website

Descriptions

As a public-facing organisation which interacts with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, our website needs to be accessible, interactive, and easy to navigate. Hence, our aim is to create a modern, user-friendly website where users can report any concerns, access key information and publications, book onto training courses, and locate vital support services quickly and efficiently. Our current website users are almost exclusively professionals, despite the website hosting resources for parents/carers and children/young people. This objective is crucial in furthering our reach and serving the needs of Birmingham residents. This contract will be for an initial period of 36 months commencing from the date of signing, with an option to extend for a further 24 months subject to funding and suitable performance. Our core objectives for the new website are as follows: ? Build our brand o A modern, interactive template incorporating our branding and materials. ? Reach our target audiences o Appeal to practitioners from a wide range of professional backgrounds, as well as children and families. ? Communicate latest information o Facilitate regular information updates for our website users. ? User-friendly o Clear and streamlined structure which allows users to navigate the website with ease. ? Accessible o All webpages fully compliant with accessibility guidelines, ensuring that all website users can access our content. ? Support our Learning Management System requirements o Needs to be able to support our current Learning Management System, which we will continue to use alongside the new website. ?
