Note this is not a Tender - This Prior Information Notice is being published by the Department of Health, Strategic Performance and Planning Group (SPPG) for the purposes of informing and engaging with potential service providers regarding the upcoming public competition for the provision of Engineering Inspections within Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI). The SPPG wish to engage with potential suppliers on behalf of Health and Social Care for Northern Ireland to obtain a view of the market’s current practices in the following areas: • Provision of Independent Advice, Support and Mediation to Children in Need and their Parents and Carers acting on their behalf. • The introduction of mandatory scored Social Value criteria. • Current practices in regard to ethical procurement, human rights and modern slavery. • Current data protection and cybersecurity arrangements
