The project will involve the construction of new student housing to replace existing accommodation being demolished for the redevelopment of the hospital site. • The accommodation must be within 30 minutes walking distance of the hospital campus • Estimated duration of the contract • Target delivery date for the accommodation of no later than Spring 2028
