The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market of Belfast City Councils intention to hold pre-market engagement to generate interest and define the requirement prior to the release of a competitive tender process for Technical Support for the Belfast Policing and Community Safety Partnership.The Council will hold an initial pre-market engagement (PME) session involving a presentation to all organisations who have registered their interest in attending the session on Wednesday 11th September 2024 at 3pm.As part of the PME process it is anticipated that this may involve follow up sessions with organisations, feedback relating to draft requirement documentation etc. The Council reserves the right to utiilise any of these forms of PME.
