This is a prior information notice to seek engagement with the market place to understand the market structure and ascertain how suppliers can assist in providing waste disposal services for specialist waste streams some of which may be hazardous (e.g. WEEE, Chemical Waste and/or Waste Oil) to public bodies within Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland to ensure the highest environmental standards and compliance with all relevant legislation.
