This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage consultants to register and bid for an anticipated Framework Agreement for transformation and business systems consultancy services. Tai Tarian is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up in March 2011 to manage, maintain and improve over 9,000 properties spread throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint multiple consultants over a range of different Lots to support us in the delivery of our Transformation Programme. To summarise, the Transformation Programme is seeking to: 1)Understand and standardise our end-to-end processes, utilising data to drive intelligence and insight about the effectiveness of our services in the context of our corporate goals. 2)Harness the power of state-of-the-art technologies to drive efficiency into this process, ensuring we are ‘heads up’ acting on the insights arising from the data rather than ‘heads down’ preparing it. It is anticipated that Lots will be developed from the separate workstreams of the Transformation Programme. The current workstreams are: 1)Organisational 2)Colleague Experience 3)Customer Experience 4)Digital and Data 5)Replacement of Core Business Systems
