The works consist of the provision of pre paint repair and paint works to varying property types and tenures throughout the 4 local authority area specified.3 contracting authorities are involved in the process, Caledonia Housing Association, Angus Housing Association and Abertay Housing Association.works will be mainly external joinery repair and painting with common stairwells included in flatted developments and in certain situations, internal communal works to sheltered developments. some circa 7 000 units will be painted over the course of the contract.
