A section of hand railing and gates along the river Ely on the Penarth marina side (John Batchelor Way) approx.520m long requires:Thoroughly clean all surfaces with fresh water to remove, grease, oils and other contaminants.Mechanically clean all bare and corroded areas back to an ST3 standard. Remove all loose and flaking coating back to a sound firm edge.Lightly abrade existing sound coatings and ensure all surfaces are free from debris prior to subsequent Dacrylate application.
