NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England – North Midlands, Mansfield and Ashfield CCG and Newark and Sherwood CCG (referred to as the Commissioners) under fully delegated commissioning arrangements are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Services of Primary Care Medical Services for Lot 1: Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre and Lot 2: Balderton Primary Care Centre. The service is anticipated to commence on 1.10.2018 for a contract duration of 5 years till 30 September 2023 under the NHS England Standard Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract 2017 / 18.
