NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit are conducting this procurement on behalf of NHS St Helens Clinical Commissioning Group.The procurement requires primary care primary care mental health services including IAPT steps 1, 2, 3 and 4The contract duration shall be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.The estimated total value of the project is 9 833 000 GBP for the 5-year period with clawback the following items:A funding for staff described by the bidder in the bid document who ends up as a vacancy — bidders will have up to 75 % of the cost of the staff described withdrawn at the commissioner’s discretion B funding for waiting list elimination described by the bidder in the bid document at the start of the contract term (i.e. the inherited waiting list) if the inherited waiting list is not cleared fully by 31.3.2020.
