Princes Risborough Expansion Area and Southern Road Links Compulsory Purchase Order and Land Valuation Advice Stage 1 • Planning and managing the acquisition process including land acquisition strategy with CPO in the background; • Advice on the powers available, valuation principles and methodology under a CPO scenario; • Liaison with WDC legal advisors • Valuation report on the land required for the delivery of Phase 1 of the relief road Stage 2 • Individual site/plot valuations to support the CPO process; • Negotiations with landowners including the use of CPO powers up to and any Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) determination; • Valuation advice in response to any ransom claims including the use of CPO powers up to and any Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) determination; • Valuation advice in relation to any Shared Value claim promoted by Network Rail; • Dealing with statutory undertakers including agreeing and entering into undertakings with them prior to CPO and/or agreeing protective provisions to be included in the CPO Order; • Engaging and managing a land referencing agent to prepare Land Referencing documents required for the CPO
