The contracting authority wishes to contract the services of a consultant carry out principal inspections of the following structures and locations: •The retaining walls of the approach roads to the Queensway Tunnel, on both the Liverpool and Wirral sides of the River Mersey •The Pylon Buildings at Liverpool's Old Haymarket, King's Square at Birkenhead and the disused branch at Rendell Street, Birkenhead •The bridges and gantry structures at the Birkenhead side of the river •2 statues above the Liverpool entrance of the Queensway Tunnel
