The University of Nottingham wishes to create a framework agreement covering a number of Lots.Lot 1 General print.Lot 2a and 2b Posters: outdoor poster print and general poster print.Lot 3 Prospectus print.Lot 4 Alumni magazine print and fulfilment.Lot 5 Direct mail print and fulfilment.Lot 6a, 6b and 6c Exhibition and signage print: pull-up banners/banner stands, exterior banners and digital wallpaper.Lot 7 Corporate stationery print.Lot 8a and 8b Bulk photocopying: basic copying and copying and booklet production.Lot 9 Graduation brochure print.Lot 10 Managed print service to incorporate some or all of the above lots.For the agreement to be considered successful it should:Deliver an improved level of service and quality to end-users with utmost flexibility during peak periods.Achieve on-going value for money and competitive pricing throughout the duration of the agreement.Maintain consistency in adherence to brand guidelines, and marketing material, speed, and quality of output.Maintain consistent standard of service.Seek to generate savings and process efficiencies.Ensure sustainable procurement and reduction of supply chain environmental impact.
