Cardiff County Council is looking to put in place a Contract for the printing and/or the distribution of the Councils Civic Newspaper the 'Capital Times' which is distributed free to every home in Cardiff. The current arrangement is for the paper to be produced eight times a year but this could rise to production being done a monthly basis. The Contract will commence on the1st April, 2010 for 3 years with an option to extend by mutual agreement for a further period of 12 months.
