Prior Engagement for Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment Works - Kitchens, Bathrooms and Adaptions

Descriptions

Citizen are currently considering options for the procurement of our Kitchens, Bathrooms and Adaptions contract. The contract will include the maintenance, repair and improvement to our properties within Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford and Worcester. Before taking the procurement through a tendering procedure, we are seeking market feedback to ascertain how suppliers would like to see the contract packaged, including (but not limited to), length of contract and lotting allocation. We are currently anticipating the contract to be packaged as follows: 10 year contract duration Pricing based on NHF Schedule of Rates Four lots, to include: Lot 1: Coventry Lot 2: Birmingham Lot 3: Hereford Lot 4: Worcester. We are keen to understand the views and feedback from our supplier base to ensure we capture not only our requirements, but also the current and future market conditions. Should you wish to provide feedback on our current approach, or/and wish to join further supplier engagement sessions for this procedure, please contact Citizen's procurement team at Procurement@Citizenhousing.org.uk.
