Prior Information Notice - DSMT Autumn Performances

Dundee City Council are preparing for their Autumn Shows and will be requiring services in relation to the following requirements for these events The events are currently scheduled as per below and it is hoped that we will be open for these shows to go ahead, albeit under the current crisis situation, this could change as per any Government advice We are currently looking for the following high level sound requirements: Sweeney Todd - Dundee Rep 16 - 22 August 18 x radio microphones (for the cast) Band sound requirements - Keyboard 1/ Keyboard 2 - stereo DI for each - Reed 1 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Reed 2 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Reed 3 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Trumpet 1, Trumpet 2, Trombone - 1 x mic each - Horn mic - Guitar mic - Bass Guitar - mono DI - Drum kit/percussion - 6 or 7 various mics required - Violin/Viola Mics – x7 Aviom personal monitoring system for band 2 x onstage monitor speakers Line Array PA system to suit relevant theatres (sound company will need to advise specific requirements when estimating for the job bid) Multi core sound cabling Sound control desk Mains distribution In The Heights - Gardyne Theatre 23 - 29 August 2020 18 x radio microphones (for the cast) Band sound requirements - Keyboard 1/ Keyboard 2 - stereo DI for each - Reed 1 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Reed 2 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Reed 3 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Trumpet 1, Trumpet 2, Trombone - 1 x mic each - Horn mic - Guitar mic - Bass Guitar - mono DI - Drum kit/percussion - 6 or 7 various mics required - Violin/Viola Mics – x7 Aviom personal monitoring system for band 2 x onstage monitor speakers Line Array PA system to suit relevant theatres (sound company will need to advise specific requirements when estimating for the job bid) Multi core sound cabling Sound control desk All Shook Up - Whitehall Theatre 30 August - 5 September 2020 18 x radio microphones (for the cast) Band sound requirements - Keyboard 1/ Keyboard 2 - stereo DI for each - Reed 1 - 1 x top mic, 1 x bottom mic - Reed 2 - Bottom mic only - Reed 3 - Bottom mic only - Trumpet 1, Trumpet 2, Trombone - 1 x mic each - Guitar 1 / Guitar 2 - stereo DI for each - Bass Guitar - mono DI - Drum kit - 6 or 7 various mics required 5 x monitor speakers for band 2 x onstage monitor speakers Line Array PA system to suit the Whitehall Theatre (sound company will need to advise specific requirements when estimating for the job bid) Multi core sound cabling Sound control desk Mains distribution
