"This Prior Information Notice relates to the procurement of a Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll Solution for the Irish Civil Service. It is anticipated that a procurement competition for the provision of a solution may begin in 2020. It is planned to replace the current HR and Payroll solutions with a more up to date technological solution to deliver greater operational efficiencies and to provide more enhanced strategic information. In advance of any competitive procurement process to select a replacement solution, the Office of Government Procurement, is conducting this market soundings exercise on behalf of the Civil Service.
