Descriptions
The Council is in the process of going out to Tender for the Home energy Partnership. The purpose of this Tender exercise is to identify a suitable provider to work in partnership with our Home Energy Service to develop and grow the advice service and encourage householders throughout the county to take up home energy efficiency measures. Focussing primarily on private sector housing, the successful provider will access external funding from utility companies or other sources to offer free or subsidised measures to help alleviate fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.
