Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified building maintenance provider who has experience of repairing and maintaining occupied and void domestic properties.The aim of the appointment is to provide a high quality, responsive and customer centred one-stop void and repair maintenance service on behalf of the Council in respect of the Councils portfolio of private temporary accommodation used for the purpose of assisting homeless households.
