Descriptions
The Barnet Well-being Hub is an integrated primary/community based, stepped care provision of mental health support. The aim of the service is to delay, reduce or prevent people’s needs for more formal health and social care interventions and deliver a truly integrated ‘Whole System’ model of provision ensuring that; the ‘right service is delivered at the right time at the first point of contact for the service user’. The hub was developed as part of the Barnet Reimagining Mental Health Programme (RMH) which is a transformative programme designed to improve service user outcomes and experience in the context of rising demand for mental health services.
