PRJ981-NHS South East London CCG - Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Programme Support

NHS South East London CCG (SEL CCG) is seeking to identify a suitable service provider to support the delivery of the CCG's Learning Disability & Autism (LDA) Programme. The provider will lead on the delivery of support existing group of forum members from south east London boroughs who represent the views of those within the scope of the programme. Members of the group may also be considered as experts by experience. The provider will be required to support existing forum members and work to expand the membership to ensure that the diversity and lived experiences, across the age range and backgrounds in south east London is reflected in an inclusive Forum; including patients, service users and family members, who will work with the programme for its duration. The support required builds on the support provided and delivered in the previous three years. There is also an expectation that some of the support is not yet known due to the potential for Health and Social Care policy changes. This opportunity is a below-threshold contract and in line with PPN 11/20 the CCG intends to reserve participation in this procurement to the following categories of suppliers: - Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) / Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) - this means only SMEs and VCSEs are eligible to bid - suppliers within the South East London area; namely the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. Suppliers based outside this area are not eligible to bid. The total maximum funding for this contract is £126,000.00 (including VAT). The CCG expects the start date of the contract to be no later than 1 April 2022; the contract will have duration of 3 years.
