To accommodate the continuing growth of the Airport and the increasing number of disabled travellers requiring assistance at the airport, an opportunity to implement a PRM forecasting tool has been identified in order to further improve the quality of the airport assistance service and support on-going efficiencies into the future.Aims— improved accuracy and consistency of long range PRM forecasting and associated resources required for budget setting,— improved accuracy of daily PRM forecasts and daily resource planning for better tactical deployment of resource,— on-going automated analysis of ‘actual’ data to identify potential efficiency gains,— export forecasts and ‘actual’ data to further improve the accuracy of general terminal capacity planning projects,— reduce labour costs associated with generating similar types of forecasts and reports manually,— allow for simple multi-user access / interface to reduce reliance on a limite.
