Choice Housing Ireland Ltd is currently preparing to initiate a procurement exercise to establish a contract with one or more Suppliers for core services which include heating appliances, heating installations and any other form of heating system, renewables, ventilation (except standard extract fans) and water distribution systems within Choice properties. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement, Choice wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process and potential service providers views on scale and scope of the contracts including if the service provision should be procured as lots An overview of the requirement and the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area.
